Are you about that hair life ?

Midterm week is finally over for me :) Sorry about the delay girls, to make it up I decided to blog about how I got my hair to grow so long so fast. 

So a couple of years ago I decided to cut my hair a little below my ears (Inspired by Rihanna) I loved the cut and actually maintained it for an entire year trimming it every couple of months. Even though I enjoyed how quickly I was able to straighten my hair I could only do so much and decided to start letting it grow.

I did some research and everyone kept talking about biotin there were so many options. Some that made you break out, others that's that didn't work at all but I finally found one that was perfect.

Nature's Bounty "Hair, Skin and Nails" 5,000 mcg of Biotin - I got mine at Costco but it is available in Walgreens. When I first started using it I didn't even bother reading the instructions and was just taking one a day about a month in I realized I was suppose to be taking 3 a day. My Hair started to grow long and fast. Be aware though that you won't notice change right away because It is hair but if you're consistent with it by the time you are half way done with your bottle you will see a difference in length. My nails also started to grow and they were healthier and stronger and wouldn't break as easily. As for my skin because I don't necessarily get acne I don't know how much it helps with any of that but my face retained more moisture and was barely dry. 

Would I Recommend - 100% yes I have already done so with so many of my friends, all different ages, skin and hair and I have gotten nothing but positive feedback. 

Tips: Ladies please make sure you buy the exact one on the picture above and that it is 5,000 mcg. This brand carries a green bottle and a pink one that looks exactly like the one I have only that it is 3,000 mcg. Friends of mine who have tried the other brands didn't see much difference so please just make sure you get the right one. Remember! I feel like a mom constantly repeating myself but consistency is key in order to see results.
